Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies

The varieties of cultures that differ from one society to the other have been incorporated to different studies. These cultures are integrated to several aspects of studies, because there is a need for people to be more culturally sensitive in this era of globalization. Liberty University treats cultural studies as part of their 90 programs and 40 specializations.

The Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies researches different cultures. The theories and concepts that are given will be examined, investigated, and explored. This process will help students in having a deeper understanding in different kinds of cultures. It will prepare them in cultural and missions-oriented settings.

The program includes courses for intensive learning. Included in this are fieldwork studies, which will provide students a solid foundation for analysis. In addition, the course will endow personal evangelism, doctrinal learning, and strategies for local and international ministries. Lastly, in-depth biblical training will supply further appreciation on intercultural studies in Christian foundation, which are essentials in church work.
