Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Hotel and Restaurant Management

An associate degree focuses mostly in training individuals who are trained to apply the knowledge and skills they learned in their workplace. It is recommended for people who want to take up short courses to be able to work immediately.

Stratford University is offering several associate degrees. One of these is the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Hotel and Restaurant Management. This can be taken online or both online and on-campus. The curriculum is designed to give students the skills in hotel and event management. A full time student can graduate after sixty (60) weeks.

This is taught in a one-on-one communication strategy for an optimum learning experience. They can also interact with other students while working with their course requirements.

Students can choose to take up specific courses that will enable them to get certificates from the American Hotel and Motel Association (AHMA). They also have the opportunity to become Certified Hospitality Supervisor.
