Bachelor of Science - Human Resource Management

This Virginia College course is designed to help upcoming professionals deal with the increasing problems of managing the workforce. The course primarily focuses on developing the skills and knowledge that human resources managers need, in order to properly direct the workplace, such as the proper allocation of employees, evaluation and assessment of their skills and productivity, and understanding and managing conflict in the workplace.
