Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Businesses are the cornerstones of economic stability. With more businesses established, a country's economy becomes more productive. The goal of business administration graduates is to manage these already established businesses, and to ensure that they continue keeping up with the expected company performance. In order to do this, they must have enough knowledge about the business world, the functions and operations of each department within a company, how to manage employees, and how to employ the needed leadership skills in order to attain a projected goal.

This course will train individuals in the different aspects of business administration, such as business operations, national and international economics, management psychology, leadership skills, and more. With Upper Iowa University's competent roster of instructors who are business administrators themselves, and with the practical advice and experience these professionals incorporate in this course program, the students are provided with the necessary knowledge they need in order to build a successful career.
