BS - Management and Leadership

In order for a business to survive, it needs an efficient manager. However, in order to be a successful manager, one must be an effective leader. A bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership will allow students to become successful leaders in the management field. An online bachelor's degree program in Management and Leadership is now available at Capella University, allowing those who are currently working to earn their degree without the hassles of attending classes inside campus classrooms. Courses to be taken up include Human Resource Management, Management Concepts, Successful Project Management, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, Marketing, Organization Development, and Managerial Accounting. Students will be able to enhance their social skills and critical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills and leadership strategies, especially in situations where conflicts among groups are common.

Graduates will be able to pursue careers with supervisory roles in business, retail, government, and military organizations, as well as in different offices.
