BSBA with Concentration in HR Management Degree

Human resource management handles the greatest asset that any company or institution needs for its operations: its human personnel. This Business Administration program and its specialization prepare students with the skills and real-world education they need to maximize efforts and productivity of personnel.

As one of the first completely online universities in the nation, Columbia Southern University was developed to provide the higher education needs of students who have difficulty or unable to complete traditional courses. The university's online degree programs are made flexible for working students and adults, allowing them to earn their degrees even with the demands of a full-time career.

Students in the program are required to finish 120 semester hours worth of courses for completion. Major course requirements include Business Administration staples such as Introduction to Business, Principles of Marketing, Leadership, Information Systems Management, and others. A minimum of four electives are also required, and among these are: Intercultural Management, Human Relations & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employment Law.
