Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership - Training and Development

One key aspect of being able to be competitive leaders of organizations is having the skills to effectively train and develop personnel and other key components of such organizations. Lewis University has answered this need by offering Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership - Training and Development. Having such specialization will focus on the techniques and strategies that are necessary to effectively train their personnel through being able to apply the psychology of motivation. Courses that will make students learn the different learning models, learning practices and proper organizational communication will be given to enhance leadership abilities to transform and motivate organizations.

There will also be a focus on learning the design, delivery and planning of trainings to equip organizational personnel effectively. Having this knowledge will make students future leaders in organizations, may it be in the public, corporate, or even in a community setting.
