The course Master of Science in Collaborative Leadership (MSCL) merges certain thoughts and aspects taken from the Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Conflict Management courses into a curriculum that enhances one's capability to manage and lead effectively. Graduates of this course finishes as effective staff managers, and can improve the profitability of organizations due to the core ideas, competencies, knowledge, and skills taught from the two root degrees of MSCL. Also, knowledge regarding how to excel in the field of business, and how to deal with personnel conflicts effectively, are taught.
