A.A.S. in Information Technology/Application Development

The Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology/Application Development in a course offered by Kaplan University for students who have a flair for working in the computer applications. This course is designed to provide a strong foundation to people who either want to pursue higher studies in this subject or join an organization as an entry level employee in the post of an application developer.

The A.A.S in Information Technology/ Application Development program has an extensive course curriculum that covers a number of areas. Students are taught to develop and design application programs. They will also learn to code, implement, maintain and debug not only software programs but also database systems. The final year of this program curriculum offers students an opportunity to work on real time applications as a team in order to give them the taste of working in a true organization.
