Games are not simply about the activities that take place in the software's. Much time is also devoted in the conceptualization of the character's clothes, the backdrop, the different modeling of the weapons used and the special effects that will take place. These artistic endeavors are all done by Game Art specialists.

While software specialists are tasked with the encoding of codes to create game prototypes, game art specialists are tasked to develop the visuals for the game. You will be given interactive learning instruction in using Adobe applications, Corel Draw and Maya in enhancing the visual effects of a certain game.

Being an online degree program, individuals who choose Game Art are given time to apply their new found knowledge in these applications to their assignments and personal endeavors. These individuals are given enough time to master each concept first before another class is conducted so as to maximize the learning experience.
