As a student for this doctorate degree, individuals will encounter philosophical and critical theories regarding existing leadership theories and will debate on how these particular theories are helpful or not - given the present situation the world faces as of the moment. Being a leadership degree program, students will gain proficiency in the field of leadership and will learn how to apply these skills in a bigger context. This knowledge will then be incorporated into the teaching aspect of the course which is aimed at facilitating a higher degree of learning. And through the use of research, which is a prerequisite for graduation, new propositions deemed valuable in expanding knowledge in the field of organizational leadership will be introduced, discussed and debated.
