Regis University is comprised of three separate academic units: Regis College, The Rueckert-Hartman School for Health Professions and the School for Professional Studies.

The School for Professional Studies (SPS) offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate programs for the working adult, including the Teacher Education Department, which offers a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a variety of emphases and areas of focus. The Teacher Education Department predominantly offers programs geared toward teacher preparation and state licensure at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The Professional Leadership and Professional Educator emphases (which are often referred to as the M.Ed. online programs) are designed for current educators.

The curriculum in both of these programs was developed with a K12 focus. Educators at all levels can benefit from these programs.
