Master of Science in Information Technology in Education

The Master of Science in Information Technology in Education is offered to working professionals who want to take another stride forward for their career and personal growth.
Nova Southeastern University through this online degree teaches and trains educators, trainers, administrators, technical support staff, and developers in the public and private sector on how to improve learning outcomes through the use of computers, software, and other information technologies. They are also trained to take active roles in promoting the use of information technologies both in learning and training environment.
Fulltime students can finish this in a period of 12 months and 16-24 months for working professionals. This is a 36 credit-hour program. Students can choose to concentrate in any of the following: Educational Technology Management, Information Security, Instructional Design and Development, and Social Computing and Learning. Each concentration is composed of three core courses, five additional required courses and four electives.
