A.A.S. in Health Information Technology

Today, there is a growing demand of professionals who have a background on health services, along with information technology. This area of studies will be the main focus of the A.A.S in Health Information Technology, as offered by Kaplan University.

Students will learn the basics of incorporating technical skills in information technology with medical proficiency. They will learn to organize records of patients, prepare legal forms and documents related to health care, and familiarize themselves on laws that are in line with medical practices.
