Associate of Applied Science in Human Services

If you are interested in philanthropy (service to the mankind) then it is worth undergoing the Associate of Applied Science in Human Services which will give you the required knowledge and help you channelize your effort in the right direction.

This is a two year degree course that is offered by Rasmussen College. The students who undertake this course will learn about the various skills that are needed to help and counsel people in distress. They will be taught about the principles of sociology and counseling skills. During the course of these two years, they will be taught about the various principles of human psychology and the various approached to be taken to help people resolve their issues. This will help them make a difference to the lives of people they interact with.

One completion of the course, they can look for jobs as counselors, correctional facilities and many more.
