B.S. in Psychology - Psychology Applied to the Workplace

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology enhances the student's understanding of psychology, and its relevance in today's society. With the Psychology Applied to the Workplace specialization, students will be able to apply knowledge of psychology in workplace behavior and influence.
This course is provided by Walden University, an institution dedicated to make students into solid professionals that can create a difference in the organizations that they chose to work with. Students will be able to create a fundamental understanding on how various work settings and scenarios affect people's behavior, judgment and motivation, the basic principles of decision-making and factors that affect it, the principles of conflict management, and the methods for peace building solutions for both individuals and group issues.
Students will eventually apply the knowledge and skills attained in this course to careers on group management, group behavioral studies, and leadership positions, all within nonprofit, government, or business organizations.
