Master of Science in Nursing / Master of Business Administration - Health Care Management

The degree program Master of Science in Nursing/Master of Business Administration, with special focus on Health Care Management, allows students to earn both an MSN and an MBA. It merges the fundamentals of management and allows students to apply these in the field of nursing.

Students of this degree will learn about the latest advances in nursing - the technologies, processes, and the best practices employed by experts in the field. Aside from learning advance skills in nursing, students will also learn how to manage a health care institution. It teaches them the different stages and concepts of management.

The course provides students with fundamental skills in leadership. It teaches them how to organize their colleagues and personnel, in order to attain a common goal. Also, students learn the basic accounting and cost-benefit analysis, so that they can analyze their own financial data, and create interventions to ensure more efficient operations. At the end of the course, students will also learn to assess the different policies utilized by their respective organizations, and attempt to amend those rules which are already ineffective.
