Ph.D. in Health Services - General Program

The Ph.D. in Health Services-General Program is one of the most widely known courses in Walden University. It features nationally recognized experts and accomplished faculty, making the program a diverse area for knowledge and professional development. Because of the interdisciplinary approach towards the study of health services, the General Program gives students the option to design their own course of study. This provides students with the opportunity to expand the possibilities of their learning experience, enabling them to excel in more topics than most. With the approval and with consultation from the faculty chair, students can freely create their own specialized program, giving them a more free-verse approach towards learning. Students will be exposed with issues of health and human behavior, health and social behavior as well as the advanced theory, methods, and practice in Health Service.
