PhD - Industrial/Organizational Psychology

People who hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology are quickly becoming in demand as organizations and institutions are beginning to recognize the importance of its members for its continued survival and success. This field of psychology is concerned with human behavior in the corporate or organizational arena.
Students of this course will under the Capella University curriculum will face coursework that will develop theoretical knowledge and understanding of individual behavior in order to keep them satisfied and improve their productivity in the work place. The course will develop the analytical capabilities of its students in the study of certain issues and situations that would affect the individual and organizational performance.
