Thomas University offers technical support for their online students as well as support for Blackboard throughout the campus. "Student support services" is a novel initiative which helps students to complete a four year education; this service is offered to only select students. The school has highly trained and competent advisors who help students pick a career path that is right for them by analyzing their inclinations and talents.

Security procedures and security are taken very seriously to ensure that the students are safe anywhere throughout the campus at any given point in time.
